Returns


You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return.

Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within [5-10 business days].

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@aooutdoors.com .

Shipping


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
