This Payment & Billing Policy explains our payment, billing, and charge practices for purchases made on CONTINUUM ENTERPRISES, LLC's online store. By placing an order on our website, you agree to and accept this policy.
1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Currency & Conversion Fees
- All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
- We do not charge currency conversion fees.
- If you pay using a card issued in another currency, your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee. These fees are charged by your bank and are your responsibility.
3. Payment Timing
- Customers are charged upon order shipment.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will process and ship your order and you will receive an email notification.
- For pre-orders or backorders (if offered), billing terms will be displayed at checkout.
4. Taxes & Duties
- All applicable sales taxes are included in the listed product prices.
- We currently do not accept international orders; therefore, customs duties or import taxes do not apply.

- Customers must provide accurate and complete billing details at checkout.
- The billing address should match the shipping address to help prevent fraud and ensure successful delivery.
- If suspicious or inconsistent information is detected, we may hold the order for verification, request additional documentation, or cancel the order.

We use Shopify Payments and PayPal, both of which are PCI-DSS compliant and use industry-standard encryption to protect payment information. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
7. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraudulent activity. Additional verification (such as ID checks or confirmation of billing details) may be required before shipping.
8. Returns, Refunds & Processing Times

- A handling or restocking fee may apply to returns.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take up to 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
9. Installment Payments
Shop Pay Installments may be available for eligible purchases. Installment options (if available) will be shown at checkout. Customers using installment plans must comply with the installment provider’s terms and conditions.
