We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment & Billing Policy. Orders are charged upon shipment. If you use a card in a currency other than USD, your bank may apply a conversion fee. Your billing and shipping details must match. Suspicious orders may be held or cancelled for verification.

Orders are confirmed only after you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order if:

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States — see our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details. Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays). Economy shipping is $9.99 for orders under $99 and free for orders $99+. Delivery takes about 5–8 business days after dispatch. Tracking details are provided when your order ships. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

7. Returns & Refunds

You can return most items within 15 business days — see our Return & Refund Policy for full details. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
