This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. No customs fees apply; sales tax is already included in our prices.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays. Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (GMT-4, Indiana time). Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Rates
- Orders under $99: $9.99 flat shipping fee
- Orders $99 and above: Free economy shipping
4. Transit Time
Economy shipping delivery time is typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch. We use multiple shipping partners, including UPS, USPS, DHL, and others.
5. Order Tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. Customers will receive tracking details via email once the order has shipped.
6. Partial Shipments
If you place multiple item orders, your products may arrive in separate packages at no additional shipping cost.
7. Delays or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is delayed or lost in transit, we will either fully refund you or reship the product at no additional cost.
8. Signature Requirement
Signatures may be required for delivery of high-value orders.
9. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address before the order cut-off time. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed. If an incorrect address is provided, the customer must cover the cost of reshipping.
